Once you join First Solar, you can earn income in three ways

— Method ①: Machine Income

— Method ②: Referral Rewards

— Method ③: Team Commission Income

This page explains in detail the referral rewards and team commission income. Please read carefully—it will help you earn more income easily and effectively through First Solar.

Method ①: Machine Income

This is the first way you can earn income. The F-series machines you rent will generate income for you every weekday (Monday to Friday). These are the different models of F-series machines offered by First Solar.

The price of each model varies, and so does the daily income you receive after renting. If you want to increase your income, you can rent multiple machines at the same time to boost your daily earnings.

For example, if you lease an F-20 product, your daily income can increase by 800UGX, and you can lease multiple different products at the same time.

This is the 2nd way to earn income: Referral Rewards

Every time a new member registers a First Solar account through your link and successfully rents a machine, you will receive a referral reward of 4,000-10,000 UGX.

How to find your referral link? First log in to your First Solar account, then follow the steps shown in the image to locate your exclusive referral link:

1: Log in to your First Solar account and click “Share” on the “Wallet” page.

2: After entering the invitation page, click “Copy” to copy your personal invitation link.

3:Then return to your WhatsApp chat with your friend, long-press the message input box, and tap “Paste” to send your exclusive invitation link to your friend.

You can follow the steps shown in the image to find, copy, and send this link to your friends, family, or anyone interested in joining First Solar. Once they register and rent a machine, you’ll receive a referral reward of 4000 to 10000 UGX

How much referral reward do you get each time you invite a new member?

Example:

● If the person you invited rents a F-20 machine (20000 UGX), you will receive a referral reward of 4000 UGX.

●If you invite someone to rent an F-60 machine (60000UGX), you will receive a 6000UGX referral bonus.

This is the 3rd way to earn income: Team Commissions

When you invite new members to join your team, you’ll not only receive referral rewards—you’ll also earn team commissions. Each day, you earn 10% of the income generated by the machines these members rent. The more they earn, the more you earn too.

● Level B: Members you refer directly. You receive 10% of their daily machine income.

● Level C: Members referred by your level B members. You receive 5% of their daily machine income.

● Level D: Members referred by your level C members. You receive 1% of their daily machine income.

Example:

You invite a member who rents an F-20 machine. This machine earns them 800 Ugandan Shillings (UGX) per day. Each time they log in and claim their earnings, you'll receive 10% of that, or 80 Ugandan Shillings (UGX). This 10% commission will be automatically credited to your First Solar account when they claim their earnings.

The machine rental period is 45 days, generating a total of 80 x 45 = 3,600 Ugandan Shillings (UGX). This means that adding another member to your team who rents an F-20 will earn you 3,600 Ugandan Shillings (UGX) in commission.

Only machines of the same model can generate commission. When your team members claim their earnings, the commission will be automatically credited to your First Solar account. So, don't forget to remind your team to claim their earnings daily.

Team Commission Income:

Team commissions are the most stable income source because referral rewards are one-time, while team commissions are daily. In fact, if your team is strong enough, you can earn team commissions even while sleeping, as they are automatically credited to your First Solar account daily.

As the company grows and the business expands, the number of members will increase. To facilitate management, the company integrates all your referred members into your team (levels B/C/D). As a team leader, you are responsible for helping manage and supervise your team’s promotion tasks. That’s why you receive a share of their income as team commissions. This is how you earn by managing a team.

In sales, commissions are fundamental, as they drive potential and motivation. A good team manager will encourage and guide their members to develop their own teams, since they can earn 1% to 10% of these members’ daily income.

(If your team performs well and you demonstrate strong management skills, you can apply to become a regional manager and receive a fixed monthly salary of UGX 1.5 million to UGX 2.5 million.)

How to increase your chances of success in inviting new members?

① Invite close friends and family: They’re more likely to trust and support you. Once they join, you can tell others, “My family and best friends are on my team—we all earn with First Solar. You can trust it.”

② Invite wealthier friends: They can more easily rent machines. But also invite less wealthy friends—they may follow you if you offer help.

③ Rent more machines: Increase your First Solar income. By showing higher earnings, you’ll attract more people. Share screenshots of withdrawals in your WhatsApp status.

④ Share your earnings screenshots: Post proof of income and withdrawals on social media with your invitation link to attract others.

⑤ Help your friends financially: If they can't afford it, lend them 20,000 UGX to rent the cheapest machine (the F-20). Once they start making money, they can pay you back. This not only earns you a referral bonus and their gratitude, but also helps them quickly earn back their money and repay you.

How to level up your VIP status and the benefits of each VIP level:

VIP1: Rent any machine to become VIP1

VIP2: Invite 3 new members who rent a machine to become VIP2

VIP3: If 3 of your team members reach VIP2, you become VIP3

VIP4: If two level D members reach VIP3 and your team reaches 100 members total (levels B, C, and D), you become VIP4

Each time your VIP level increases, you'll receive corresponding rewards. If your team performs well enough, you can apply for an additional 1.5-2.5 million UGX per month.

Attention:

Every time a new member joins your team via your link and rents a machine, ask them to add me on WhatsApp and send a message saying: “Hello, the number used for registering on First Solar is: ****”.

When I receive their message, I will give them a brief onboarding and guidance to help them quickly become familiar with how First Solar works. After that, you will receive the corresponding referral reward.

If you want to earn 1.5-2.5 million UGX, or start a business at First Solar to earn more rewards and commissions, now is the time to ask yourself: Do you really want to change your life? Do you have the confidence and determination? Don't envy the rich. No one is born rich. We must persevere and be positive!
